After years of watching my mom can everything under the sun, and then moving away from her and missing her strawberry jam, I caught the canning bug! Not like my mom has it but, it's a start!
I now have 11 pints of (hopefully just as good as mom's) Strawberry Jam!
The real test will be when it finally sets and we can eat it!
And now I'm wondering what I can try next!

Way to go! I took the easy way out and made freezer jam. I just wasn't ready to venture into the world of canning. But you give me hope. :)
