A new adventure

Well, I ordered a canner. I really miss my mom's jelly. And I saw a friend making some last week. It looked pretty easy. I'm kicking myself for not paying more attention to my mom all the years I lived at home. She is the canning queen! But, luckily she loves me and is willing to tell me all about it over the phone :)

My first project? Mom's strawberry jelly! I had to order the canner online so I can't make any until next week though. Bummer!
