I can't believe my little girl is getting to be so grown up! She is old enough to go to the church dances now. Holy cow! And in two short years... dating? Aaaahhhhh!!!!! I think I liked it better when she was in kindergarten ;)
Here are a couple pictures from her day today. I made her a Hello Kitty cake and I made a hung a happy birthday banner on her bedroom door to greet her when she woke up. And of course, the all anticipated birthday can! She discovered recees peanut butter cups, microwave popcorn, air heads, two bottles of nail polish, a hello kitty sucker, a teeny beanie baby, and a lint roller inside her can. Oh and a very large jaw breaker. I'll have to sneak a picture of her eating it the next time I see her with it!
Now we are just waiting for some family and friends to come over and have her favorite dinner with us. String cheese manicotti, salad and garlic breadsticks and the hello kitty cake with chocolate or vanilla ice cream!
Happy Birthday Sweetheart!!

Happy Birthday Nicole!
What an exciting day! I love the can idea. 14... I remember those days! Ah, the joy of sweaty-handed and pimpled boys at Stake dances :)
Melanie, I'm so glad you visited and posted! I wanted to link back to you for the wonderful idea for the birthday banner but I can't figure out how to add links :(
I think everyone should check out Melanie's blog! :)
Marcey, she couldn't wait to show *me* the flyer! It's hanging on our fridge door! And she was so excited to get that flower!
Thanks Mer, I'll let her know you stopped by to wish her a happy birthday!
