D-Back's Fan Fest

(I really should photoshop some of these pictures but I'm too lazy today)

Saturday was the Fan fest at Chase field. We headed out early to get in line for the autograph vouchers. The kids really wanted to meet Kirk Gibson since he used to be a Tiger but his session sold out just as we got to the front of the line. Bummer! Oh well. They did get to get their picture taken with Tony Clark and he started out as a Tiger too :) Tony Clark was doing pictures with Max Scherzer. Tony Clark made Kevin look short! That was fun for me to see!!

The kids were also able to sit in on a hitting clinic by Chris Young, Connor Jackson and Justin Upton. And after that Nicole, Luke and Jacob got in line with Kevin to get their hats signed by Chris Young and Miguel Montero. Ethan had a voucher to get an autograph from Connor Jackson and Augie Ojeda. He fell asleep in my arms as we were waiting but woke up just in time to hand them his hat ;)

They were also doing tours of the clubhouse and that was pretty neat to see. I would have never realized that they had so much underground behind those dugouts! The locker room was pretty nice too!
